Polokwane coming back to haunt us!

In polokwane we witnessed some disturbing scenes ,where comrades were trying to buy comrades out of their branch mandates,by simply promising them gorvement tenders ,bee stkes and fancy high profile positions, all of sudden money was the kingmaker and decisions were clouded ,some comrades deviated from their branch mandates.but we (the so called poor faction) fought at all costs, and at the end of the day democracy was the winner,in the proccess we created enemies in high ranking offices. Some comrades even went as far as getting off their cars with chequebooks visible in their hands,"flawless political prostitution fuelled by greed and evil ambitions of staging a last minute coup'de'tat.

And now most recently these scenes are surfacing in our communities, whereby our members are being promised all sorts of fancy things to join a particular formation which represents nothing but the interests of the elite and famous("a mickey mouse elite club).once again the poorest of the poor is gonna be marginalised and the fat cats will be getting fatter at the same time forgeting the most vulnerable members of our broad society, that is rural women and children. What about poeple in Qumbu, enkandla, giyani ,Tulamahashe, enquthu and all other poor communities in our beloved former homelands, did any busses come from those places to commute masses to the convention in sandton and most recenty the circus in bloemfontein.
Politics is not a game of trial and error ,where cadres go sormersalting all over the country testing their waters and the fate of the masses,at the same time confusing our poorest, less informed and illiterate citizens, thus creating more vulnerability and instability in our communities.

Can poeple refrain from advancing their selfish greedy interests and let us all work towards the advancement of hard earned young democracy.

PHAKS

Definately one of tsembeyi, the most talented youngsters ever. an actor ,a poet,a talented musician and a flying rugby lock.Phaks was the greatest of all times .Born at the peak of apartheid in 1986, His mother was an ordinary school teacher and his father sold bricks for a living .

An award winning praise poet ,phaks perfomed all over the eastern cape province and left crowds crying everywhere he perfomed.Recruited and mentored by Tsembeyi born perfoming arts guru Nokuzola Magida,he became the first person from tsembeyi ever to perfom at the prestigious standard bank /grahamstown arts festival thus putting the small village on the map and making the poor community very proud.

His school principal described him as A flambouyant and a charismatic rugby star who loved attention ,his classmates recalled him as a joker who was always smiling, his peers called him ugrooves and all of hailed his death as one of the most tragic moments in the history of the school

Despite all this fame, attention and tremendeous talent Phaks remained an ordinary humble village boy who continued with his daily household childhood chores, and attended all village young men gatherings with ease.

Phakamisa Zumana was tragically murdered by a group of envy schoolboys on the 21st of may 2006 .Fu#k what a waste of talent, he was only 20 years.May his soul deeply rest in peace and may more talent rise from this poor village.
